OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with tags attached.

ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS

HOW TO INITIATE RETURN

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Customized or special order items may not be eligible. 
  • Final sale items are not returnable.
  • Log in to your account and go to the “Orders” section.
  • Find the order you wish to return and click the “Refund” button.
  • Fill out the short form with your reason for return. 
  • Print your return shipping label and attach it to the package.
  • All returns must be clearly labeled with name and order number.
  • Drop off your package at the designated carrier location or leave it at the reception desk for pickup.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES PROCESS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. For exchanges, your new item will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
